Job Description: Lead Facade Design We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Facade Designer to oversee and lead the design of building facades for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with expertise in facade engineering, material selection, and sustainability practices. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of building facades, ensuring alignment with project goals and aesthetic standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate facade designs with overall building concepts. Manage the selection of materials and finishes, ensuring durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Conduct feasibility studies and manage design iterations based on client feedback and project constraints. Supervise and mentor junior designers and coordinate with other teams to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in facade design and project management, ideally in real estate development. Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and facade technologies. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Show more Show less
