Job Description

As an experienced S/4HANA PP/QM Consultant with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules within the S/4HANA environment, your role will involve implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA PP/QM solutions to optimize manufacturing and quality processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support. - Configure PP processes such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and QM processes like Quality Planning, Inspection, and Notifications. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and map business processes to SAP S/4HANA functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing solutions. - Ensure seamless integration of PP/QM modules with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FICO. - Support data migration activities, including master data setup (materials, BOMs, routings, inspection plans) and transactional data. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and performance. - Provide end-user training, create documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals), and offer post-go-live support. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging S/4HANA innovations like embedded analytics and Fiori apps. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP/QM processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree in IT Management or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. - 5-7 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects. - Experience in the renewable energy, manufacturing, or power sector is highly desirable. - Proven expertise in managing custom applications, cloud-based solutions, or third-party software implementations.
