Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team, responsible for leading the development of track systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience working with track systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop new track systems, including layout and infrastructure planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and equipment delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil).
Proven experience in lead engineering roles, preferably in track systems development.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as CAD design and simulation packages.
