Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of Quest Global, an organization known for its innovative engineering services and deep domain knowledge across various industries. As a part of our diverse team of engineers, you will contribute to the design of a brighter future by working on mechanical engineering projects related to Dry Compressed Air. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work in the mechanical discipline, specifically related to Dry Compressed Air. - Communicate technical issues and propose solutions to supervisors and project management. - Facilitate technical discussions with clients, suppliers, and regulators. - Review vendor drawings, calculations, and other documentation. - Work on conceptual studies, designs, reports, or proposals. - Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and staffing requirements for proposals, forecasts, and change orders. - Coordinate and interface with discipline engineers, specialists, and designers as directed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mechanical Dry/Wet systems. - Proficiency in Cleanroom and Advanced Laboratory Mechanical Design from Programming through Construction Administration. - Experience in engineering calculations to ensure clean class, temperature, humidity, and acoustical noise requirements are met. - Knowledge of Ultra-High purity piping design for HPM Labs and Cleanrooms. - Ability to design process systems, piping, and plumbing for Cleanrooms and Labs. - Skills in developing construction specifications and designs for various HVAC equipment and systems. - Familiarity with Building Automation Systems Controls and Instrumentation designs. - Experience in acoustical noise interference analysis, modeling, and abatement. - Proficiency in preparing or modifying drawings/BIM models in collaboration with CAD/REVIT teams. - Knowledge of researching, creating, and updating relevant product and system specifications to meet client needs. - Ability to monitor and coordinate interdisciplinary work for compliance with mechanical codes, engineering practices, and standards such as IBC, NFPA, ASTM, and SMACNA. - Experience in Construction Administration including RFI and Submittal responses.,
