Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Engineer - Java & AWS based in the Mumbai. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for software development, creating and managing microservices, and programming using the Spring Framework and Java. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying cloud solutions using AWS.

The role also includes leading a team of engineers & devops, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ Years Experience in Software Development and Programming
• Experience with Microservices and Spring Framework
• Proficiency in Java development
• Experience with designing and deploying solutions on AWS
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in fintech or start-ups is a plus
