Lead Engineer/ Assistant Manager - FEA

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Proposing independent solutions of mechanical and thermal calculations area with the help of numerical analysis (FEA) including knowledge of fatigue analysis and design optimization Proposing independent solutions with the help of numerical analysis (FEA) in the area of structural analysis, vibration/dynamic analysis and thermal analysis Working closely with FEA Group Leader, sharing regular updates of projects/activities and follow directions/SOPs Handing over FEA calculation tasks from local Simulation team to Simulation team in Neuss, Germany or to internal local customers Coordinating and chairing necessary job/task clarification meetings Work with a team of design engineers and test engineers for various product areas Should have an exposure to correlation of simulation results with test results in the respective areas of CFD/FEA Preferred candidate profile FEA software experience on any of these tools: Ansys, Abaqus, HyperMesh, ANSA Engineering and analytical skills, project planning, execution, communication, technical innovation and creativity Communication and handling projects with Designers and PM-Ds Perks and benefits Free Canteen & Transport facility Insurance facility
