Development Leader 1. Lead and manage the software development project. 2. Prepare the development schedule. 3. Report the project progress to an administrator and a supervisor. 4. Arrange both tasks, development and QA. 5. Give directions to developers. 6. Create the functional specification based on the requirements. 7. Summarize and keep the development information. 8. Research the information technologies to go forward the development. 9. Coach the members involved in this development project. 1. Experience between 7 and 12 years in software development. 2. Experience to work in Shimadzu competitors (i.e. Waters, Thermo, Agilent) software development (Advantage). 3. Proven leadership. 4. Proven excellent communication skills in English with members and stakeholders. 5. Ability to work collaboratively between variety stakeholders in diverse environment. 6. Good knowledge of analytical industry. (Advantage) 7. Experience to develop in according to Scrum. 8. Experience to use Git. 9. Experience to use GitHub. 10. Good knowledge of backend, especially .Net. 11. Good knowledge of frontend, especially React. 12. Good knowledge of Web application. 13. Good knowledge of CI/CD. 14. Good knowledge of QA process.
