Key Responsibilities Analyze and provide feedback on system infrastructure, assisting with design and implementation Develop fully automated pipelines for building, deploying, and testing applications across multiple environments Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and delivery in both cloud and on-premises environments Become familiar with the product codebase and architecture, and collaborate with hardware and software vendors for support globally Participate in cross-functional projects, working collaboratively with international teams to address issues, release schedules, and system administration matters Lead by example through professional conduct and actions Required Experience and Skills Hands-on experience with system automation using Python, PowerShell, or automation frameworks such as Chef or Terraform to deliver infrastructure-as-code solutions Ability to containerize applications and manage artifact repositories Strong troubleshooting skills for deployment issues, with a focus on automation over manual intervention Experience with CI/CD workflows and tools (such as Jenkins or GitLab) Solid understanding of networking concepts and principles, including application routing Administration or engineering experience with Linux, Windows, or similar operating systems Demonstrated strong operations and service delivery skills, working effectively with distributed (onshore and offshore) teams Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Groovy, Python, or Ansible to automate manual tasks Experience in dynamic Agile environments, including effective project planning and estimation to adapt to evolving requirements and ensure timely delivery Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, preferably AWS or GCP Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git Demonstrated strong written and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to team members, stakeholders and senior management Preferred Qualifications Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc. ) Linux or Windows certifications Experience supporting financial systems in a global computing environment Proven record of success in a matrix/multicultural organization with demonstrated increasing responsibilities Experience tuning and troubleshooting for performance Experience supporting and troubleshooting trading applications, including high availability, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, incident management, patching, and change We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
