Role Overview

We are seeking a

Lead Developer

to design scalable applications and lead the creation of engaging educational content focused on

Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)

using any mainstream programming language.This hybrid role combines hands-on development with content leadership, perfect for experienced developers passionate about both coding and mentoring through instructional content. You will lead a team, build practical coding projects, and help learners grasp real-world problem-solving concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable applications using languages such as C++, Java, Python, or others.
• Own the creation and maintenance of DSA-focused content—including coding challenges, quizzes, and real-world problem sets.
• Mentor junior developers and content creators.
• Translate complex DSA concepts into clear, accessible learning materials.
• Ensure technical accuracy and high quality of all content and code.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to align goals.
• Review, debug, and optimize both instructional and production codebases.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of software development / trainer experience with strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language such as C++, Java, Python, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to build real-world applications and solve complex algorithmic problems.
• Experience in team leadership or mentorship.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical content creation, curriculum development, or teaching.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, build systems, and debugging/profiling tools.
• Exposure to competitive programming or online coding platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
