Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in the entire software consulting and delivery lifecycle from idea conception to production release covering all technical aspects in between.
• Design various technical solutions, help clients find the optimal approach within constraints, and solve real-world problems.
• Use agile development practices to improve responsiveness in software delivery, customizing best practices for each project based on industry standards.
• Collaborate in value-driven teams to create tangible value for clients not just complete projects for acceptance.
• Apply insights from our Technology Radar to guide the team in making technology choices; you will always stay at the forefront of new technologies and have opportunities to try them in projects.
• Work with multiple programming languages, coding alongside developers to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficient in two or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Vue, React, etc.).
• Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Extreme Programming, and Continuous Delivery methods (e.g., TDD, Continuous Integration, DDD, Code Review).
• Knowledge of technology stacks such as Spring Cloud, Kafka, Redis, RPC, Spring Gateway, MyBatis, XXLJob, Spark, Trino is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
