Role Overview: - Lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. - Guide your team in translating complex requirements into sound technical designs. - Champion technical standards, architectural patterns, and design practices. - Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers, supporting their professional growth. - Support architectural alignment and actively contribute to cross-team technical discussions. - Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote collaborative working practices within your team. - Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and performance standards. - Address technical risks, blockers, and opportunities for improvement effectively. - Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders from various functions. - Stay abreast of industry trends and drive the adoption of relevant technologies. - Adhere to Quality and Information Security Management systems.
