Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights, trends, and patterns.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for predictive/prescriptive analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define and deliver scalable data-driven solutions.
• Design and build data pipelines; perform data wrangling and preprocessing using Python, R, or SQL.
• Present insights through compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and storytelling.
• Conduct model evaluation, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML/AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, compliance, and organizational standards.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
• Robust understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines/platforms (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
• Experience with cloud ML services such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Time Series Analysis.
• Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD processes for ML model deployment.
• Certifications or project portfolios in Data Science, ML, or AI.
• Experience in prompt engineering, context/RAG engineering, or Agentic AI.
