Lead Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Mentor and oversee a team of data scientists, providing guidance on best practices and techniques in data analysis and modeling.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.
• Design and implement experiments to validate models and hypotheses.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data throughout the analytic process.
  

Qualifications

• Master's. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and managing teams is a plus.
