What you’ll be doing: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior/Lead Data Scientist, your primary responsibility will be to lead design and develop predictive models to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and leverage your expertise in data analysis and modeling techniques to provide valuable solutions. Additional requirements for this role are dependability and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty in assisting end-users and following technical issues through to resolution. What will be your responsibilities: Collaborate with domain experts, stakeholders, and data engineers to identify and gather relevant data for analysis. Build strategy for Predictive Analytics. Data Collection and Integrations. Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Develop and apply advanced analytics for organizational strategy like Prescriptive Analytics/Data optimization and simulation. Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to analyze large and complex datasets. Work on Data exploration and Visualization. Extensive experience in Data communication and storytelling Big Data Analytics, Processing and analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and trends. Perform feature engineering, variable selection, and model validation to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of predictive models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirementsand produce developed models for deployment in real-world systems. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and MLOps techniques. Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company. What are we looking for: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 6+ years of experience and leading small DS teams. Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, preferably in a business or industry setting. Strong analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Experience working on tools like Python, Power BI and Tableau. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
