Job Description

As a Data Science & Analysis professional at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on designing, training, and fine-tuning advanced foundational models using healthcare and other relevant datasets. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML technologies, deploying and managing AI models in a production environment, and staying updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML to drive innovation. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior AI engineers, curate datasets for fine-tuning models, and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, train, and fine-tune advanced foundational models using healthcare and other relevant datasets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML technologies into solution offerings. - Deploy, monitor, and manage AI models in a production environment. - Research and evaluate the latest advancements in AI/ML to drive innovation. - Develop comprehensive documentation for AI models and provide mentorship to junior team members. - Translate business needs into technical requirements for model fine-tuning and development. - Select and curate datasets for fine-tuning foundational models and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. - 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a track record of training and deploying machine learning models. - Proficiency in Python and familiarity with popular AI/ML frameworks. - Practical experience deploying and managing AI models in production environments. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Worked on a minimum of 2 AI/LLM projects with proven business value.
