Description
As a Lead Data Science Trainer, you will play a dual role leading the content team and teaching live batches. You will design, review, and deliver cutting-edge Data Science learning experiences while mentoring both learners and the content team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead & Manage Teams - Manage and mentor a team of content developers, freelance industry experts, and interns. - Train, guide, and upskill team members to deliver high-quality learning content. - Curriculum & Content Innovation - Design and review curriculum, projects, and problem statements aligned with industry needs. - Establish and enforce content guidelines, quality standards, and review processes. - Stay updated with emerging Data Science and GenAI trends to keep content relevant. - Teaching & Evaluation - Deliver live teaching sessions to learners. - Conduct project evaluations, assessments, and instructor-led reviews to ensure learner success. - Collaboration & Impact - Work with cross-functional teams (product, program, student experience, tech) to enhance learning delivery. - Innovate and expand content to keep it relevant with industry trends. **Qualifications:** - Experience: 3+ years in Data Science teaching, training, and content creation. - Expertise in: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Statistics, NLP, Deep Learning, Data Visualization. - Curriculum Design experience with projects, problem-solving assignments, and industry-relevant case studies. - Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields preferred (practical experience also valued). - Skills: Strong communication, mentoring ability, leadership, and a passion for impactful teaching.
