Job Title: Lead Data Analytics & Revenue Assurance Location: Sector - 5, Salt Lake, Kolkata Company: Salescom Services Pvt Ltd Shift Timings : 1:15 PM to 10:30 PM IST (Company Drop Provided) Working Days : Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full Time On-Site Industry: Telecoms, IT, Security, Cybersecurity, Software We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Lead Data Analytics & Revenue Assurance professional to manage our billing operations, revenue assurance, automation, and data analytics. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing, preventing revenue leakages, optimizing costs, and enhancing efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in billing management, financial reporting, automation tools, and data analytics, preferably within the telecom or ISP industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Billing & Revenue Assurance Execute and oversee 100% of billing cycles for ABI trading as V4One & V4 Consumer businesses with precision. Ensure zero errors in handling highly confidential billing information for company directors. Collaborate with finance teams to minimize aged debtors and ensure 90%+ efficiency in client refunds. Deliver timely and accurate pre-billing, post-billing, pre-Direct Debit (DD), and post-DD reports. Manage buy-costs with 100% accuracy, ensuring vendor costs align with business goals. Identify and eliminate at least 90% of revenue or purchase leakages through data analysis. Develop expert-level knowledge of company products and industry trends within 6 months. Maintain a 99%+ accuracy rate in pre & post-billing and DD processes. Successfully onboard and configure new managed services/products in the billing system. 2. Software & Automation Actively participate in company-funded AI & automation learning sessions. Identify and implement at least one AI-driven automation tool to enhance efficiency. Write, edit, and QA software scope documents to ensure clarity for developers. Identify and document a minimum of 3 manual processes quarterly for AI/software automation. 3. Data Analytics & Reporting Own and manage all critical reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Implement Power Automate/Power BI solutions for key reporting tools within 6 months. Prepare and deliver financial reports to analyse and prevent incorrect expenditures. Establish data-driven decision-making across V4One & V4 Consumer business units. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in finance, Business, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in billing, revenue assurance, or financial analytics, preferably in the ISP/telecom sector. Strong knowledge of billing systems, revenue leak prevention, and cost management. Experience with automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and software process documentation. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and financial reporting. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and manage high-stakes billing operations with accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in data analytics and automation implementation. Familiarity with AI-based tools for process optimisation. Prior experience handling confidential financial data with integrity. Excellent communication skills
