Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment within BLP Industry.AI.
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales) to translate manufacturing industry challenges into actionable data strategies for the Orionplatform.
Leverage your expertise in manufacturing data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to manufacturing processes (e.g., Overall Equipment Effectiveness, production yield).
Develop data pipelines to collect and analyze complex manufacturing datasets from various sources (sensors, machines, production lines).
Utilize advanced statistical techniques, machine learning models (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, process optimization), and data visualization tools to extract valuable insights for manufacturing clients.
Translate data-driven insights into clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders across the manufacturing value chain.
Ensure data quality and integrity through robust data governance practices and data quality checks specific to manufacturing data.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new data analytics tools and technologies relevant to manufacturing (e.g., industrial data lakes, cloud-based analytics platforms).
Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate data pipelines and analytical models into the Orionplatform for seamless application in manufacturing settings.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in manufacturing analytics, industrial AI, and data security.
