Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager - Corporate/Lateral & Leadership Hiring Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Corporate/Lateral and Leadership verticals. This individual will play a key role in managing hiring needs across various corporate and lateral sub-verticals including HR, Support, and Operations, providing full recruitment support to the business. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the recruitment process for Corporate, Lateral, and Leadership roles. Partner closely with business leaders to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies. Ensure timely and efficient hiring to meet business objectives, managing recruitment metrics effectively. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management. Conduct in-depth interviews and screenings to ensure candidates meet position requirements and organizational fit. Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Networking Sites, Headhunting, Portals, Referrals, etc.) to identify top talent. Work closely with hiring managers to align on role specifications and ensure a high offer-to-interview ratio. Continuously improve recruitment strategies and recommend ideas to contribute to the companys long-term growth. Provide ongoing recruitment reports as per business requirements, ensuring key hiring milestones are met. Collaborate with senior leadership and diverse teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes. Flexibility to work extended shifts to meet business needs. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Full-time MBA with HR specialization preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting for corporate and leadership roles. Proven ability to recruit passive candidates and build strong professional relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation capabilities. High level of persuasiveness and ability to drive closures. Ability to confidently interact with senior leadership and manage expectations effectively. Experience in working in diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Additional Skills: Strong sourcing skills using various channels and platforms (LinkedIn, Networking, Headhunting, Portals, Referrals, etc.). Ability to profile candidates and understand their motivations for long-term engagement. A strategic mindset to identify recruitment trends and implement innovative solutions.
