Lead Consultant/Architect - FI/CO

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP FI/CO implementation, migration, and rollout projects. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Provide end-to-end solutions and architecture guidance for SAP FI/CO processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Design and optimize financial processes within SAP to meet business needs. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support for SAP FI/CO functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI/CO modules. Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and best practices. Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO. Proven expertise in SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis). Strong experience in client-facing roles with a track record of successful implementations, migrations, and rollouts. In-depth understanding of financial processes and business requirements. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and clients. Ability to work independently and lead teams in complex projects. Knowledge of GST and hands-on experience in GST configurations and compliance will be an added advantage. SAP certification in FI/CO is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Experience in S/4HANA Finance and related innovations is a plus. Understanding of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
