Lead Consultant - Oracle HCM HR + Comp

As an Oracle HCM Sr. Functional Analyst, your role will involve enabling the optimization and sustainment of HR technologies to support the implementation of projects aimed at enhancing Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather requirements and user stories from stakeholders - Conduct fit-gap analysis and assess configuration impact - Define solutions and prepare functional design documents - Perform unit, UAT, E2E, and regression testing for sprint activities and Oracle releases - Ensure completion of all necessary documentation throughout development and implementation processes - Support routine system and HR audit activities - Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions - Develop and update knowledge articles and training materials for HR systems - Support system training activities **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of experience as a functional analyst or consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM - Strong analytical skills for issue investigation and problem-solving - Experience in product development, including user story development, requirements gathering, test scenario creation, testing, and documentation - Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Core or Recruiting with additional exposure to Onboarding and Compensation - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio - Quick grasp of new technical concepts - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision - Preferred: Oracle Certification on Oracle Cloud HCM and related modules In summary, as an Oracle HCM Sr. Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR technology optimization and project implementation by gathering requirements, conducting testing, providing documentation, and ensuring system functionality to enhance Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation processes.
