Lead Consultant - Oracle HCM Functional

As an Oracle HCM Sr. Functional Analyst, your role will involve enabling the optimization and sustainment of HR technologies to support the product owner team in implementing a project focused on enhancing Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather requirements and user stories from stakeholders - Conduct fit-gap analysis and assess impact on configuration - Define solutions and draft functional design documents - Perform unit, UAT, E2E, and regression testing for planned sprint activities - Ensure completion of all required documentation throughout the development and implementation processes - Support routine system and HR audit activities - Investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions - Develop and maintain knowledge articles and training materials for HR system-related annual cycles, functionality, and processes - Support system training activities **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of experience as a functional analyst or consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM - Strong analytical skills for issue investigation and problem-solving - Experience in product development, including user story development, requirement gathering, test scenario creation, testing, and documentation - Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Core or Recruiting areas - Working knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) - Ability to quickly grasp and utilize new technical concepts - Proficiency in working under minimal supervision - Oracle Certification on Oracle Cloud HCM and related modules preferred This job offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge HR technologies and contribute to the enhancement of critical HR processes within the organization.,
