Role Summary: Marketing Associate We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Executive/ Associate to support our brand and marketing team. In this role, you will assist in executing brand initiatives, managing key marketing activities to increase brand visibility and engagement. This is an ideal role for a candidate with a strong interest in brand-building and marketing fundamentals, who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Support & Execution Assist in implementing brand guidelines across various marketing materials to ensure consistency. Support the development and execution of brand-building activities, including product launches 2. Campaign Coordination Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, including preparing materials, liaising with external vendors, and managing timelines. Help monitor campaign effectiveness and collect feedback for future improvements. 4. Promotion Assistance Support brand activation events, product promotions, and partnerships. 5. Product Marketing Support Work closely with product teams to support new product launches, including gathering product information Collaborate on product positioning and branding materials to ensure a cohesive message. 6. Reporting & Administrative Tasks Track and organize data related to brand performance, sales promotions, and market research activities. Assist in budget tracking, documentation, operational invoice management, and maintaining project files and coordination. Qualifications: MBA in Marketing / Branding/ Communication/Advertising field. 6+ years of experience in a marketing or brand support role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of brand management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PPT. Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a plus. Key Competencies: Interest in brand marketing and eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments. Good analytical skills with an interest in consumer insights and market trends.
