EPAM Anywhere is looking for Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a skilled Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team, with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of software applications.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of cloud-based systems.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Azure DevOps pipeline failures or deployment errors.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security, governance, and risk management.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Azure DevOps as a platform, including its architecture, features, and services.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
Proven track record of leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
