What You’ll Do
Insight & Strategy
- Analyse large, messy datasets to uncover new opportunities or failures across customer experience, agent behaviour, and AI interactions.
- Build frameworks to measure friction points and drop-offs across missions, requirement gathering, and agent workflows.
- Run deep driver analyses - what truly impacts delight, trust, and repeat usage.
- Partner with product to craft experiments (A/Bs and quasi-experiments) around UX, flows, memory engine, and agent-co-pilot tools.
Automation & Self-Serve
- Translate recurring analyses into automated pipelines or self-serve dashboards.
- Build monitoring systems for TAT, SLA breaches, negative experience flags, and agent productivity.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work with Product, Design, Engineering, CX, and Business to influence decision-making.
- Evangelise the right metric vocabulary across the org.
- Create clarity and prioritisation for ambiguous problem statements through the insights you bring to the table.
Hard-skills
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in analytics, data science or related fields
- 4+ years hands-on experience as an IC analyst
- Strong statistical fundamentals (hypothesis testing, distributions, regression, causal inference basics)
- Experience building measurement systems and experimentation frameworks
