Role & responsibilities : Integrate data from multiple sources, such as surveys and analytics tools, to generate comprehensive insights. Conduct gap analyses to identify performance deficiencies and missed opportunities in web experiences. Develop and test hypotheses for optimization through experiments like A/B tests. Align analytics findings with business goals to optimize product experiences and marketing funnels. Recommend data-driven changes that enhance user experience and drive KPIs for product and marketing efforts. Design clear dashboards and reports to highlight key metrics, trends, and actionable insights. Present data insights through concise, outcome-focused narratives to stakeholders. Provide strategic guidance on product lifecycles, marketing funnels, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. Deliver actionable, timely insights that inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies. Foster cross-functional alignment by ensuring consistent metrics and tracking across teams. Identify friction points in user journeys and recommend changes to improve engagement and conversions. Track the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide feedback to refine strategies. Preferred candidate profile : 1. In Depth knowledge of GA4 2. Analytical mindset candidate 3. SQL (Hands on experience on SQL Queries 4. Looker studio and Big query Perks and benefits
