Lead Analyst, Real World Evidence

As a Project Lead for Real World Evidence projects at Fortrea, your role involves leading and executing assigned projects with full ownership. You will provide programming support for the analysis of real-world data from diverse sources such as medical and pharmacy claims data, hospital data, electronic medical record data, and prospective observational study data. Your responsibilities also include: - Developing programming specifications based on analysis requirements and source data. - Validating analysis datasets from various file formats and sources. - Developing and validating graphs and tables for exploratory investigations. - Ensuring excellence in programming analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures. - Communicating accurate status updates to project team members. - Mentoring less-experienced RWE analysts. - Identifying processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computers, Engineering, Statistics, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or Econometrics. - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. Experience Required: - 5-7 years of RWE analysis experience in the CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry. - Experience with EHR/Claims databases (Optum, Marketscan, Flatiron). - Proficiency in SAS and SQL programming. - Ability to communicate RWE study results clearly to cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in R and Python programming languages. - Handling big data, non-standard/new data, and complex data. - Creating various types of graphs for data presentation. - Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking capability. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
