Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Architect and implement robust, scalable front-end solutions for AI applications using modern frameworks and best practices, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability Lead the technical design and implementation of user interfaces that effectively visualize AI models, analytics, and machine learning outputs Build, maintain, and optimize highly responsive and dynamic web applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Develop reusable UI components and libraries for scalable and consistent designs. Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex AI interactions for business users Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to understand AI model capabilities and constraints, translating these into effective UI implementations Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency across AI applications Implement sophisticated data visualizations and interactive features for model monitoring, explainability, and analytics dashboards Establish and enforce front-end development standards, best practices, and testing methodologies Collaborate with automation engineers to help build automation testing for the UI applications Build many POC UI concepts based on wireframes to quickly assess ideas. Skills & Abilities: 9+ Years of relent experience in the field Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React JS Proficiency in developing complex state management and UI workflows Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material-UI). Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Zustand). Knowledge of modern web development practices, including responsive design and progressive web apps (PWAs). Demonstrated experience building complex data visualization interfaces using D3.js, Chart.js, or similar libraries Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience working with data scientists and ML engineers Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Expertise in optimizing web applications for speed and performance (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting, tree-shaking). Familiarity with frontend performance monitoring tools like Lighthouse or WebPageTest. Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, information science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
