Lead AI & Image Analytics

Role Overview: You will be joining an emerging AI-driven product company as a Lead AI & Image Analytics, where you will have the opportunity to build and lead the core product development team. Your main focus will be on designing and scaling AI-based video and image analytics products, taking ownership of the entire process from architecture to deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the AI product development lifecycle, starting from design inception to QA and release. - Develop and optimize audio-video data pipelines for real-time image and video analytics. - Drive model training, tuning, and optimization for AI vision models. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical and product goals. - Recruit, mentor, and manage a small yet high-performing AI engineering team. Qualification Required: - At least 5-6 years of experience in AI, Computer Vision, and Image Analytics. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Golang/Rust. - Hands-on experience with Vector Databases and large-scale data processing. - Demonstrated understanding of SDLC, design principles, and scalable product architecture.,
