Lead AI-Driven Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using React (with Vite) for frontend and Node.js for backend development
• Work with SQL and MongoDB databases, designing efficient queries, optimizing schema, and ensuring data integrity
• Architect high-performance systems, implementing scalable and maintainable code across the stack
• Integrate and orchestrate AI tools and models (e.g., Cursor IDE) to accelerate development, automate code generation, and enhance application capabilities
• Translate complex requirements into precise instructions for AI-assisted development and review AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability
• Ensure applications are user-friendly, performant, and meet high-quality standards
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to implement new features and improvements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both frontend and backend systems to ensure reliability and scalability
• Stay updated on emerging AI models, full stack technologies, and software engineering best practices

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 710+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with broad and deep technical expertise
• Strong proficiency in React (Vite) for building responsive and performant frontends
• Hands-on experience with Node.js backend development and server-side application architecture
• Solid experience with SQL and MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and data management
• Familiarity and practical experience with AI tools and models (e.g., Cursor IDE), including AI-assisted coding and prompt engineering
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications independently
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously while ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance
