Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Google PPC specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing high-performing strategies, analyzing data to improve performance, and working closely with our creative and client teams to hit KPIs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and knows Google Ads inside out. The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical skills, and technical know-how to deliver impactful digital campaigns. By focusing on metrics and customer experience, a digital strategist ensures all initiatives drive measurable success while aligning with the brand's messaging and business goals. Key Responsibilities Developing strategies. Create data-driven Google Ads strategies tailored to the target audience and aligned with business goals. Strategic planning should incorporate SEO, paid media, creative testing, and innovation to maximize reach Analyzing metrics. Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, third-party attribution tools (tripplewhale, northbeam, etc.) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies. This analysis also includes monitoring metrics like engagement rates, website traffic, and conversions Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns across multiple accounts — including budgeting, pacing, targeting, and A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages Collaborating. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to execute cohesive campaigns that reflect the company's vision Innovation. Stay ahead of trends in the PPC space, test new betas and strategies, and bring proactive ideas to the table to keep clients ahead of the competition Client-Facing Communication. Clearly communicate results, insights, and strategy updates to internal and external stakeholders Designing content. Collaborate with graphic design and content creation teams to produce high-quality digital content that aligns with user experience goals Monitoring market trends. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to ensure strategies remain innovative and competitive in the ever-evolving digital landscape Landing Page Feedback. Work with designers and CRO specialists to ensure landing pages are optimized for paid traffic Requirements Education. A Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communication, computer science, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in SEO, SEM, Google Ads or analytics tools are advantageous Experience. 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in an eCommerce or direct-response environment Tech Stack Knowledge. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Shopify, and third-party attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.) Analytical Mindset. Strong data skills — ability to draw insights from numbers and act on them quickly Creative Thinking. A keen eye for what makes a winning ad creative and landing page, with the ability to test and optimize effectively Communication skills. Exceptional written and verbal English skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners Self-Starter. About The Role As a Funnel Designer at LDX Digital, you'll play a key role in translating high-level funnel strategy into beautifully built, conversion-optimized pages. Working closely with a Funnel Strategist, you'll bring sales, lead generation, and upsell funnels to life using Funnelish—our core platform. You won't just be making things look good—you'll be building funnels that perform. This role requires a balance of design sensibility, attention to detail, and speed of execution. You'll own the build process end-to-end and contribute directly to the growth of some of the most exciting e-commerce brands in the market. Our team is remote-first, async-friendly, and fast-moving. You'll thrive here if you love shipping high-quality funnels, collaborating with clear direction, and juggling multiple projects with confidence. Key Responsibilities Funnel Intake & Planning Review funnel assignments in ClickUp and align with the Funnel Strategist on flow, goals, and page requirements Prioritize mobile-first builds and maintain clean, conversion-centered layouts. Funnel Design & Build Design and build e-commerce funnels from scratch inside Funnelish Implement checkout flows, upsells, timers, and integrations per funnel spec Apply existing frameworks while bringing a strong eye for detail and UX flow. Asset Integration & Styling Work with copy provided by our in-house writers and integrate image assets from our creative library or by request Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and responsive design best practices. Testing & QA Self-test all funnels across devices and screen sizes Troubleshoot and resolve bugs before handoff or go-live Confirm tracking and conversion events are firing correctly. Review & Iteration Submit funnel drafts for internal review and revise based on feedback from the Funnel Strategist Maintain multiple funnel projects in parallel using ClickUp to manage updates and status Requirements Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of experience building e-commerce funnels, preferably using Funnelish or similar platforms Excellent written and verbal English Strong design sensibility with an understanding of conversion-focused UX/UI Proven ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality Comfortable working with tools like ClickUp, Loom, and shared asset libraries Clear communicator who thrives in an async, remote-first work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with direct-response funnel frameworks Experience designing mobile-optimized, high-volume sales or lead gen flows Prior work in performance marketing, e-commerce, or agency environments Ability to use Figma, or other visual tools is a plus.
