L&D Support - Senior Associate

In this role at PwC, your primary focus will be on finding, deploying, training, and enabling talent through talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to devise effective strategies for locating, assessing, educating, and training employees in alignment with market trends and firm strategy. As a learning and development generalist, your responsibilities will include designing and delivering innovative training programs to boost employee skills and knowledge, thus fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. As a part of the Learning and Development team at PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will actively support various services offered by the Acceleration Center, such as Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. Engaging in challenging projects within innovative hubs, you will provide distinctive services to enhance client engagements through improved quality and innovation. Dynamic and digitally enabled training programs will be integral to your professional development, aimed at enhancing your technical and professional skills. **Responsibilities:** - Support the design and deployment of digital learning assets - Engage in program management tasks to enhance learning experiences - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training solutions - Analyze feedback to inform learning experiences - Mentor junior team members in program management - Contribute to the development of impactful training strategies - Maintain alignment with organizational growth objectives - Uphold quality standards in learning and development initiatives **What You Must Have:** - Graduate OR Master's Degree in Learning & Development or Human Resources - 4-8 years of experience in Learning & Development - Oral and written proficiency in English **What Sets You Apart:** - Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications - Understanding of UX design principles - Experience in learning administration and program management - Openness to learning new skills and tools - Flexibility to adapt to new situations - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Awareness of industry trends and details,
