Role & responsibilities Conducting collection and recovery visits to defaulting customers' locations for debt recovery, and maintaining MIS (Management Information System) reports.Attending court proceedings initiated locally across the state.Filing criminal complaints against defaulting customers, as well as complaints under Section 156(3) of Cr. P.C in local courts.Managing execution proceedings in arbitration (Sections 17 & 9) and coordinating Lok Adalats and conciliation camps in respective locationsCoordinating with police and other law enforcement agencies for the execution of summons and warrants.Preferred candidate profile Qualification: A law graduate from a reputed institute/university.Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of practice in court for litigation and debt recovery.Industry Experience: Must have worked in an NBFC/Bank, specifically in collection litigation.Skills: Strong knowledge of recovery laws such as Section 138 of the NI Act, Arbitration, etc., along with excellent communication and drafting skills.Perks and benefits Incentive on Debt Recovery.
