Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day laundry operations for hospital linen and garments Manage and train laundry staff on hygiene protocols and equipment use Maintain proper segregation, washing, drying, and ironing standards Ensure timely delivery of clean laundry to hospital departments Monitor inventory of detergents, chemicals, and other supplies Maintain records and reports related to laundry operations Ensure compliance with safety and infection control procedures Requirement Prior experience in hospital or commercial laundry (supervisory role preferred) Strong knowledge of hygiene and disinfection procedures Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management Willingness to work flexible hours if needed Show more Show less
