Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound international calls and chat inquiries. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers. Shifts & Work Schedule: Flexible rotational shifts.
