Job Description

* Counsel patients on various eye treatments and procedures * Explain pre- and post-operative care instructions and address any questions or concerns. * Coordinate with consultants and medical staff for appointment scheduling and procedure planning. * Ensure patients are aware of available treatment packages, insurance options, and financial aspects. * Follow up with patients post-consultation or surgery to check recovery and satisfaction. * Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and patient feedback. * Assist in converting consultations into surgeries by providing reassurance and guidance. * Handle walk-in queries and incoming calls for treatment information. *Call conversion to appointments/procedure booking *Coordinate with TPA for credit SX cases *Ensuring that all the patients prescribed surgery are attended to before leaving for the day *Lens name to be mentioned specifically *All referred cases from other centers to be included
