Key responsibilities:

To counsel patients for spects removal procedure, assist with registration, retrieve previous medical history

Attending and making calls for online and offline queries

Call conversion to appointments/procedure booking
Discuss costs, insurance coverage, and non-covered benefits clearly with patients.

Complete consent forms and all mandatory pre-surgical documentation.

Coordinate transfer of surgical documents to relevant teams or facilities.

Inform patients about pre-admission requirements and day-of-surgery expectations.

Provide instructions regarding post-operative care and follow-up visits.

Coordinate with TPA for credit Surgery cases

Schedule surgeries with accurate details.

Coordinating with the Hospital team to ensure smooth surgery experience for patient

Documentation and record maintenance

Specifications:

Excellent written & spoken Hindi & English Language

Good interpersonal skills/Team player

Experience of working in Eye hospital

Knowledge of LASIK, SMILE and other refractive procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
