The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a team player, and someone who can take ownership of business growth activities. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms. Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups. Allocate classes and coordinate schedules between trainers and students. Support and motivate the team to meet daily and monthly targets. Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns to promote training programs. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a team effectively. Prior experience in business development, counselling, or sales is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Positive attitude, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
