About the Role:

Senior Laravel 11 Developer

Laravel Queues, Events, Workers, AI integrations, and is deployed via CI/CD pipelines on Azure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Architecture & Development

·        Architect and implement complex, modular, and scalable backend systems using Laravel 11.

·        Design and optimize queues, events, jobs, and workers for asynchronous and high-load processing.

·        Integrate AI/ML services into the application to enhance functionality.

·        Ensure clean, maintainable, and secure code following SOLID principles and Laravel best practices.

Database & Performance

(MySQL/PostgreSQL) with optimized queries, indexes, and migrations

(Redis/Laravel Cache)

·        Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions.

DevOps & Deployment

·        Manage code versioning using Git with structured branching strategies.

Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines

Azure (App Service, Containers, Storage).

Team Leadership & Collaboration

·        Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.

·        Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define technical solutions.

·        Drive technical decisions and contribute to the overall architecture strategy.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel (Laravel 11 preferred).

·        Strong expertise with queues, events, jobs, and workers.

REST API design, authentication and integrations.

·        Deep knowledge of MySQL, database design, optimization, and migrations.

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend integrations.

Git, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (Azure preferred).

AI/ML API integration and building intelligent features.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex systems.

·        Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring developers.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

microservices architecture or containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).

·        Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks.
