Needed Experienced Laravel Developer with at least 3-4 years experience must be well versed with core php, database architecture, and programming. Able to lead team and deliver projects by deadline Understand Project Requirements and prepare relevant documentation Estimate project delivery time and define milestones Excellent working knowledge of PHP based MVC frameworks like-Laravel. Expert in PHP, My SQL, other open source frameworks and tools. Good understanding of Database concepts and working knowledge of MySQL. Strong knowledge in JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, XML, XHTML,HTML5, CSS & knowledge of working with third party web services Knowledge on Ecommerce Solutions (Payment Gateways, Shopping Carts, SEO Friendliness Coding, etc) Strong knowledge of developing and maintaining Data Base in MySQL. Basic Knowledge of JavaScript, J query, SOAP, JSON, Web Services Work in dynamic environment to deliver at fast pace Good troubleshooting skills with track record to solve customer problems. Responsibilities Understanding and implementing of project management practices Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects Managing Project scope and change requests (CR) Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project. Guiding the team in defining technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schema. Formulates strategies and methods in coordination with the Architect to gather functional requirements and capture them in standard notations like use cases. Planning and allocating work to the team. Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress Managing, mentoring and providing technical guidance/support to project teams Liaison with project team and delivering projects as per scheduled milestones (risk/quality/time) Review/Improve upon current processes/methodologies. Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development of existing and new team members. Experience in the following areas a plus Experience performance tuning databases Experience with UI and user experience development Experience with developing reporting interfaces (charts, data grids, filters, exporting) Agile method working experience
