Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laptop Technician to join our IT support team. As a Laptop Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve basic technical problems related to laptops. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for IT-related issues, particularly those related to laptops. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently. Perform basic technical problem resolution, including initial diagnostics and troubleshooting for laptop malfunctions. Identify issues with laptop performance and provide solutions to improve functionality. Assist in the replacement of faulty laptop parts as needed. Maintain detailed records of technical issues and solutions provided. Requirements and Skills: Basic knowledge of operating systems, specifically Windows. Familiarity with laptop hardware and software applications. Basic knowledge and experience in laptop part replacement (e.g., batteries, screens, keyboards, etc.). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills to interact with team members and end-users. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
