Seeking an experienced professional to handle laptop repairs, troubleshooting, hardware replacements, and software installations. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal device performance. Responsibilities: Laptop Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including motherboard repairs, screen replacements, and hard drive failures. Troubleshoot operating system errors, software conflicts, and network connectivity problems. Perform component-level repairs and replacements. Hardware and Software Installations: Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers. Upgrade and replace laptop components, such as RAM, hard drives, and batteries. Set up and configure peripherals, including printers, scanners, and external drives. Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance, including cleaning, virus scans, and system updates. Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity. Conduct hardware diagnostics and identify potential issues. Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, both on-site and remotely. Document repair procedures and troubleshooting steps. Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory. Explain technical issues to non technical users. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools. Order and track replacement parts as needed. Dispose of old hardware in an environmentally responsible manner. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
