Job Description

We are seeking experienced Chinese and Japanese language specialists to support our document-sourcing projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong command of the language, with the ability to source, review, and categorize documents accurately. Key Responsibilities: Source and collect authentic documents in Chinese or Japanese based on project requirements Review and ensure the accuracy of collected documents Categorize documents as per domain specifications (e.g., legal, financial, business, education) Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards Collaborate with the project team and provide regular status updates Maintain proper metadata and adhere to the file naming conventions provided Requirements: Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese (A2 level and above) as per CEFR standards Experience in document sourcing or data collection projects preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to identify document attributes (e.g., tables, footers, headers) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets for documenting metadata Previous experience with document sourcing for AI/ML projects is a plus Contract Details: Duration: 3 months (with a possibility of extension based on project needs) Commitment: Full-time, 5 days a week
