We are looking for experienced and dedicated candidates with 1-7 years of experience to handle international inbound calls in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in either Romanian or Bulgarian.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service through voice or blended support.
• Translate documents and materials between languages.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet targets.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

• Fluency in either Romanian or Bulgarian is required.
• Experience in customer retention, service, and operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Familiarity with medical services or hospital industry is an advantage.
