Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) Extensive experience working on Gulf projects preferred Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Civil. Responsibilities Lead and manage the BIM team to ensure the successful execution of projects Oversee the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate BIM processes into project workflows Provide technical guidance and support to team members Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure BIM models meet project requirements Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology Interested candidates who are willing to work in a BIM landscape company may apply.
