Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Architect located in Pune, India. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing landscape projects. Responsibilities include preparing site plans and specifications, conducting environmental impact assessments, communicating with clients, and coordinating with other construction professionals. The Landscape Architect will also be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Design and Planning skills, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in landscape architecture, site analysis, and environmental impact assessment
• Project management skills, including timeline and budget management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Masters / Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
• Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture is a plus
