About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, plan, and oversee outdoor spaces that are functional, sustainable, and visually engaging. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis including topography, soil, climate, vegetation, and drainage assessment
• Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and master plans
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, planting plans, and specifications
• Create 2D and 3D design presentations using relevant software
• Select plant materials, hardscape materials, and site furnishings
• Plan and design grading, drainage, and stormwater management systems
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure designs meet local regulations, zoning codes, and accessibility standards
• Prepare project cost estimates and timelines
• Oversee project implementation through site visits and construction supervision
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage project expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or related field)
• Professional licensure or working toward licensure (preferred)
• Proven experience in landscape design or related roles
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, Revit, Lumion, etc.)
• Strong understanding of horticulture, sustainability, and environmental design principles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sustainable site design and green infrastructure
• Knowledge of local plants, climate considerations, and ecological systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creativity and a strong design portfolio

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
