Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Land Survey/Land Surveyor at Lodha Group, Bengaluru. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for performing topographic surveys, land surveying using total station equipment, and conducting building surveying. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and mapping land boundaries, supervising site survey operations, preparing detailed reports and providing accurate data for construction and planning projects. The role also involves ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Skills in Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, and Surveying Proficiency in using Total Station equipment Experience in Building Surveying Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site Diploma Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Relevant certifications or licenses in land surveying Show more Show less
