Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct due diligence on selected sites, considering zoning, environmental, and legal aspects.
Negotiate favorable terms with landowners and sellers.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including development teams, real estate agents, and legal professionals.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and legal documentation.
To settle the disputes/court litigation with the landowners
To coordinate with advocates & attend court.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong real estate knowledge and market analysis skills.
Negotiation expertise and experience in land transactions.
Familiarity with 7/12 extract, land zoning, sale deeds, DAPA.
Landowner/farmer Relationship management.
