Job Purpose: The Head Legal -Land plays a critical role in supporting the land acquisition team. The role involves ensuring clear title search report (TSR) for 30 years for the land being acquired. Key Accountabilities: - Experience in renewable energy projects with knowledge of verification of 30yrs of Land documents of the location (land being acquired). This includes in-depth tasks such as coordinating with local authorities, ensuring land title clarity, handling legal due diligence, and mitigating land-related risks for smooth project execution. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong expertise in **verification of the land acquisition documents and regulatory approvals** for renewable energy projects. - In-depth knowledge of **state and central land laws, environmental clearances, and compliance requirements**. - Ability to **liaise with government bodies, landowners, and legal teams** to secure project approvals. - Proven experience in **handling large-scale land procurement, risk mitigation, and contract management**. - Excellent **problem-solving, stakeholder management, and documentation skills**.
